AWARD FOR EXHIBIT DESIGN BY EXHIBITORS
Thursday 2 October 2008 saw the Award Ceremony for the 2nd edition of the Best Communicator Award involving exhibitors attending the exhibition.
The Best Communicator Award aims to emphasise the importance of design exhibits in the valorisation of the constructional and communicative potential of marble and natural stone.
These materials are particularly stimulating as regards design exhibits because they ensure elegant dialogue between surfaces and volumes.
The design impact of an exhibition stand ensures major added value for companies: stands become an effective tool for communicating company mission. Exhibition stands not only valorise company "presence" but can also highlight approaches involving research and production quality.
The Jury comprising Aldo Bottoli (Director of “Ricerca Sistema Osservatori Colore” and Coordinator of the ADI Index Environment Commission), Oscar G. Colli (Director of “Il Bagno Oggi e Domani”; Coordinator of the ADI Index Selection Committee” the Permanent Design Observatory of ADI), Livio Salvadori (Editor of “Casabella” and Director of the ADI Index Environment Commission), Vincenzo Pavan (the curator of Marmomacc Events for Architecture) and Mauro Albano (Brand Manager of Marmomacc), announced the following awards:
