The prize-winning projects

The event ensures a panorama involving about forty architectural works completed in the last two-three years. The Jury met on 3 March 2007 and made awards - as the best applications of stone materials on an international scale - to the following projects (in order of completion):

As for previous editions, the award comprises the publication of a prestigious volume containing far-reaching documentation about the prize-winning projects, backed up by critical and historical essays by eminent personalities in the world of architecture.
During the 42nd MARMOMACC, the International Stone Architecture Award will be one of the main cultural events scheduled for "Marble Art Culture" involving two shows:

4-7 October: Exhibition of award-winning works, at the Verona Exhibition Centre, together with other architecture and design events. The exhibition will involve drawings, photos, modells, videos and the stone materials used in these works.

Saturday 6 October: Official Ceremony announcing the winners, which will take place at the Verona Exhibition Centre in the presence of Dignitaries, the authors of the selected works, their patrons, the Jury and a large audience architects, personalities in cultural fields and natural stone trade operators.
